   Dr. Laura Cannistraci received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1985 and completed her general practice residency at Westchester County Medical Center. In 1988, she completed her postgraduate orthodontic training at Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Cannistraci is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest orthodontic innovations, techniques and technology by attending numerous continuing education courses each year, which enables her to provide the best care available for her patients.

Dr. Cannistraci is committed to serving her community. She holds active memberships in numerous professional organizations such as the 9th District Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, New York Dental Association and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists.

While maintaining a caring and friendly office, Dr. Cannistraci is committed to providing the best care for her patients so they will enjoy beautiful and healthy smiles for their entire lives. Nothing makes Dr. Cannistraci happier than seeing her patients proudly displaying their new smiles after the braces have been removed.

In her free time, Dr. Cannistraci enjoys spending time with her husband, Christopher, and their three children, Theresa, Terence and Camille.
